These terms describe how KeyDigital works and the rules that apply when you use the site or place an order.
1.Purpose of the service
KeyDigital is a marketplace that lists digital products (templates, e-books, document templates, graphic resources and software tools) and connects the buyer with the seller.
The site acts as a catalog and the starting point for the order. The transaction itself continues in a WhatsApp conversation between the buyer and the seller.
2.Orders
Clicking « Order on WhatsApp » records an order in our system and assigns it a unique number. This record is not yet a sale confirmation.
The order is confirmed when the buyer and seller agree in the WhatsApp conversation on the product, the price and the payment method.
Creating an account is not required to place an order.
3.Price and payment
The prices shown match the amount due for the relevant product.
No payment is made on the site: KeyDigital does not collect credit card numbers or payment details. Payment is agreed directly with the seller.
4.Product delivery
Products are digital: they are sent as a file or a duplicate link in the WhatsApp conversation, once payment is confirmed.
Delivery times depend on the seller's availability. They are usually a few hours during opening hours.
5.Usage license
Unless stated otherwise on the product page, the purchase grants a personal or professional right of use for the acquired product.
Reselling, redistributing or publicly sharing the received file is not permitted.
6.Refunds
Since digital products are delivered immediately and permanently, orders are not refunded automatically.
If the product received does not match its description, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number: the situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7.User accounts
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for the actions carried out from your account.
An account may be deactivated in case of abusive use of the service.
8.Liability
KeyDigital works hard to keep the catalog accurate and the site available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
KeyDigital's liability cannot exceed the amount of the order concerned.
9.Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page; the applicable version is the one in force when you place your order.
